Our website is a communication platform which offers its services to users for recreational and entertainment purposes only. We offer like-minded people to chat/interact with each other. However, we do not guarantee that you will find a date or a chatting partner on our website.

The retrieval of content from Vuxenfling.com is free. Using chat and posting messages is available with costs to users where chat messages are billed for with coins as in-platform currency.

The portal will be partially animated by the operator. This means that employees participate in chat under nicknames.

5.9 ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND SERVICE FEES

Becoming a member on our website is free. Communicating with other users by sending messages and photos requires the purchase of coins. Sending one (1) message or/with photo costs 40 coins. One (1) message is limited to 255 characters.

Once purchased, coins may only be used for messaging or purchasing additional services and are not refundable.

Please note that we do not operate with recurring payments. Our members decide for themselves when and how often they want to buy a new package.

7. BILLING

In order to avail our services you shall be required buy credits from us using your valid debit or credit card. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, we will credit your account with the number of credits purchased.

All your purchases (including purchasing credits) hereunder shall be non-refundable.

Our website uses third party payment providers to receive payments from users. We are not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution.

15. TERMINATION

We may, at any time and without notice, suspend, cancel, or terminate your right to use the website. Without limiting the foregoing, we may close, suspend or limit your access if we determine that you have breached this Agreement or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.

18. GOVERNING LAWS AND JURISDICTION
